The keyboard apparently has the same issue that one can only use the keyboard or mouse if one has the matched transceiver. If the transceiver is lost or broken, the mouse can not be made to work. If your mouse and transceiver do not have the "connect channel" buttons, you can't pair them.įor these products, the mouse and the nano transceiver are matched at the factory. Confirm by looking at the pictures in the article linked under "Method 2" in Smittychat's post: Most of Microsoft's newer wireless mouse products do not support user "pairing." I believe that the Mobile Mouse 1000 is one of these.
